Here's the deal:
We expect and require any substrate delivered to us to be
"Ready For Paint"
That's not just a phrase we throw around. It means exactly what it says: your item comes in, goes straight into the booth, and gets primed and sprayed.
*No sanding it back.
*No filling gaps.
*No fixing joints.
*No cutting it down to size.
If it needs prep work before it can be finished, that's on your end, not ours, before it reaches us.
Ready for paint means the surface is sanded and smooth.
1. All joints, fixings, and construction are complete.
2. No repairs, filling, or structural work needed. The item is cut to final size.
3. Send it to us ready, and we'll turn it around fast with a professional spray finish.
The Good News
The Good NewsIf your item isn't quite ready for paint, we can take care of the prep for you.Prep work is charged at €90 per hour. When we receive your delivery, we'll assess what's needed and give you an approximate quote before we start. We time everything in the prep room and photograph the start and finish of the job, so the work — and the hours — are clear, agreed, and paid on collection.
